I’m somewhat of a traditionalist. I like to start traditions and keep them. And since Kory and I were married 14 years ago, we’ve always celebrated Halloween in our home with family. We’ve always served chili dogs and tator tots. And we’ve always had lots of fun.
But this year, we decided. New home. New tradition. Still lots of fun, but we decided to take advantage of the cul de sac we now live in and host our very first block party with our family and our new neighbors. We ordered pizza instead of serving hot dogs, and the kids enjoyed the beautiful fall weather we were blessed with today. It was a huge success, and we’re already planning another celebration for the week of Thanksgiving.
We hope your Halloween was filled with as much family fun as ours!
